About the Facility Location Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South are staples in Naples for shopping with numerous art galleries, chic clothing boutiques, and home decor shops. When it comes time for lunch, enjoy your meal with a water view, whether you choose a swank Naples beachfront resort or a funky bayside bar. About the Clinician's Workday The staffing model consists of 13 MDs and 36 CRNAs, using the EPIC EMR system. The practice follows a 1:4 medical supervision model, with physicians supervising 99% of the time. Seasonal coverage runs from October to May (in season) and June to September (off season), with standard credentialing taking 90 days. The hospital provides free food for providers in the lounges. CRNAs are able to perform central and arterial lines, with no cardiac cases required. OB care is handled by dedicated CRNAs performing labor epidurals at one campus, while other CRNAs do not cover OB. Pediatric cases are limited to bread-and-butter procedures with no pediatric cardiac cases, and typically no children under age 2. Regional anesthesia includes spinals and epidurals performed by CRNAs, while blocks are typically done by MDs, though new CRNAs can receive training from physicians if desired.
