RumbergerKirk is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing Warranty Practice, which represents leading vehicle manufacturers in warranty claims. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys complex work, client interaction, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team. What You'll Do Manage all phases of warranty liability litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Draft and argue motions, prepare legal memoranda, and develop effective defense strategies. Communicate with clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure proactive case management and strong client relationships. Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality, results-driven legal work. What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership. 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience —warranty experience a plus. Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
