This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and enthusiasm for patient well-being, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care and treatment. Participate in the multidisciplinary team to discuss and evaluate patient care. Maintain continuing education to stay current with medical and nursing best practices.
