You will work out of our Palmetto, Florida location on a onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of Liquified Natural Gas Heat Exchangers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am Monday - Friday Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure optimal performance. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety. YOU MUST HAVE Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. WE VALUE High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
