Job Overview : As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic and mechanical products according to process guidelines and quality standards. This role includes training co-workers, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality through audits and rework. Key Responsibilities : Assemble basic to complex products following documentation, prints, and bills of materials. Use soldering techniques (IPC certified) and troubleshoot/rework products as needed. Train and instruct co-workers on assembly methods. Maintain clean work areas to 5S standards. Assist in developing and improving Standardized Work documentation. Perform product audits and manage in-house calibration and maintenance of equipment. Operate mechanical/electrical assembly tools and equipment. Follow safe working practices and company policies. Perform scheduled maintenance on gas detection equipment. Ability to work overtime as needed. Skills & Qualifications : Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and math aptitude. Proficient in reading prints and process documentation. Knowledge of electrical principles, including ESD and surface mount technology. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
