Insight Credit Union is looking for a passionate trusted financial advisor who has the desire to provide an excellent service experience to our members. A Universal Representative must be passionate about servicing members and delivering high volume of sales production. This position assists with teller transactions and account services as requested. Time spent in various aspects of this role will vary depending upon branch traffic and needs. This position is located in our DeLand Branch Branch at: 340 N. Woodland Blvd. DeLand, FL 32720 Compensation & Benefits: The position will provide a competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00 per hour . All of current open positions are Full Time which includes a comprehensive benefits package offering: Medical, Dental, Vision Free and Voluntary Life and Disability Insurance 401k with match up and 100% vested Paid Time Off Birthdays Off Tuition Reimbursement Schedule & Training: Shift includes 32- 40 hours per week between Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 12pm). Hours will be based on the needs of the department. The position provides a training program at one of our training locations. Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education: A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills: Able to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand and walk or maneuver around the branch.
