Currently seeking a Urologist or Urology Physician to join a thriving practice in Naples, FL. The ideal doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy will hold a current unrestricted medical license.
Benefits and Compensation for the Urologist or Urology Physician
- Full-time Salary: $350,000 Base + Production - Compensation is based on RVU
- Compensation or RVU of 400K - whichever is greater
- Fully funded malpractice
- Licensing renewal fees w/ annual conference expenses covered
- CME, 401K, Health & Life insurance
- 1 Month PTO to Start
- 80% Office Based 20% in Hospital or ASC
- Call Ratio: 1 in 4
Requirements for the Urologist or Urology Physician
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with a degree from an accredited college
- BC/BE in Urology
Responsibilities of the Urologist or Urology Physician
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patients.
- Make diagnoses when different illnesses occur together or in situations where the diagnosis may be obscure.
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
- Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
