Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the role:The Executive Assistant role will involve performing administrative duties for the executive and team to ensure timely responses and quick turn-around times. --You will manage the schedule including arranging appointments, travel, meetings, expense management, conference calls, etc. This is a fast-paced and responsive team and they are looking for someone who is technically savvy. This role will be required to reside in Jacksonville, FL, as you will need to report into the office minimum 3 days/week. You will participate in wide-ranging, confidential, and strategic tasks to support FIS's goals and take our company to the next level. We are looking for candidates who enjoy taking on new challenges and who excel at being mindful of details.Responsibilities: - Communicate on behalf of the executive both internally and externally as needed. May interpret and communicate executive intent to other employees.
- Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
- Exercises independent judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Remains knowledgeable of corporate policy. Often functions as the SME for the executive and team to interpret and apply corporate policy.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain files related to executive and executive needs as needed.
- Edit and review materials and communications on behalf of executive ensuring appropriate clarity, grammar.
- May work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Maintain executive(s) calendars - coordinating and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
- May coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- 3-5 years professional experience or equivalent experience in working with senior level executives within and outside the company, as well as experience with customers, vendors, visitors and other dignitaries (an advanced degree can be substituted for years of experience).
- May act as delegate for the executive(s) for routine items such as purchase orders, requisitions and other internal systems.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.--What you will need:
- Proficiency (strong or advanced) in MS Office - including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel,
- Proven effectiveness in collaborating across teams and among executives building strong networks across the organization.
- Experience with calendar management of senior/executive leaders is required.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
