The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of probate law and estate planning, as well as excellent research and writing skills.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on estate planning and probate proceedings.Draft, review, and negotiate estate planning documents.Conduct legal research related to probate laws and procedures.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.Prepare closing documents and assist in estate settlement.Provide counsel and advice on estate disputes and litigation.Negotiate settlements and provide alternative dispute resolution services to clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the FL state bar and in good standing.5+ years of experience in probate law and litigation.Experience in estate planning and knowledge of high net worth estate planning.BenefitsCompetitive Salary ($150k
