Today, our products can be found in over 48--states and 28--countries worldwide.--Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company is searching for a world-class performance marketing leader to accelerate the already significant impact performance marketing has on the growth trajectory of the company.This position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated - self-directed, extremely responsible, creative and forward-thinking individual.--The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative experienced marketing professional that is energized by the idea of building on top of the strong foundation that exist and introduces new approaches and new ideas that assist in taking Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company to the next level. --Summary:The candidate must be capable of leading approximately twenty internal marketing Brand Managers and Ambassadors as well as retained outside Public Relations firms. While we get excited about squeezing the juices, we look to the Director and the marketing team to generate enthusiasm through creative, and out of the box, marketing initiatives.--You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies & campaigns, while managing the budget put in place. All our marketing initiatives are done in-house.-- Marketing is our internal source of energy and enthusiasm.-- While we get excited about squeezing the juices, we equally get excited about incredible, creative, and out of the box marketing initiatives.--The candidate must be able to direct not be directed.The position will answer directly to the V.P. of Marketing, who is direct, driven & uncompromising.Job Requirements --This person must be a self-starting, strong leader who is capable of:--Conducting strategic marketing research and analysis.Recommending, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns and controlling the marketing budget.Partnering and supporting new business proposals and initiatives.Managing our communications strategy by working with partners who can help us tell our story.Expanding our brand in existing and new markets by working with our sales organization and through traditional and non-traditional marketing approaches.Developing Territory Brand Managers and establishing goals to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty in their respective territories.Own all aspects of performance marketing, leading an existing team and managing multiple agency and technology relationships to deliver and exceed customer acquisition and growth targets.--We encourage participation in grassroots marketing events, extreme social--media,--and internal creativity.--Additional requirements:We require that a candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of strategic marketing experience.Candidates applying must have a successful record of managing departments remotely.Must have current and applicable beverage marketing experience.Must have excellent organizational and management skills.Travel required.Must have a strong work ethic.Send Resume:Marygrace Sexton, CEO-- More...
