  • Support the business on acquiring new customers and reactivating existing ones
  • Design, build and maintain reliable and scalable web services (both frontend and backend)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Marketing Tech roadmap - together with the teams in Europe
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Acquisition teams to understand their needs and develop technical solutions that deliver business value
  • Implement and maintain data integration from various sources to support Marketing Analytics
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web services, ensuring high responsiveness and minimal downtime
  • Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify and fix bugs. Ensure high standards of quality in all software releases Your Profile:
    • Experience minimum of 3 - 4 years
    • Java with Spring Boot
    • Javascript ES6 or newer + Typescript
    • Relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL)Great communication skills (written and spoken)
    • Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Next.js) (Preferred not required)
    • Experience with a 2nd backend stack (e.g. Python, Go, PHP) (Preferred not required)
    • Non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) (Preferred not required)
    • Previous experience with AdTech/MarTech (Preferred not required)
    • Strong project management skills
    • Must have high attention to detail
    • Self-starter spirit who takes initiative
    • Team player attitude
