By combining the strengths of Super-Pufft Snacks, USA, and Shearer s, we anticipate enhanced operational efficiencies, improved supply chain capabilities, and increased geographical reach.Expanding the Perry, FL TeamOur Address:--700 Super Pufft St, Perry, FL 32348We at Shearer s have plans to immediately expand production and continue to grow the team in the Perry facility as well as continue to service our key customers.-- We have the following shift available for immediate hire:--CDL DriverNights - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM-- 2,2,3 schedule. $20 per hour------Your seat at the best snacks table:Safely drive trucks between Perry location Warehouse and food manufacturing plant to meet scheduled customer delivery timesCarefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, forklift or by hand and place in designated storage areasUtilize jockey trucks to move trailers between storage locations and manufacturing facilityVerify accuracy of truck loads and obtain proper signaturesProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experienceAbility to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift requiredComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required----What you bring to the party:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualificationsExperience driving and operating forklifts and hand liftsMinimum of six months commercial driving experience or three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry requiredProven safe driving recordAbility to operate manual transmission preferredWe offer a variety pack of benefits after just 30 days:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Flexible Spending Account, Retirement Savings Plan with Match, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Group Critical Accident Insurance, Group Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan and numerous opportunities to volunteer in the communities in which we operate.
