*Position:* Maintenance Supervisor*Location: *West Palm Beach, FL*Pay:* $22/hr*Experience: *2 years of experience in a related leadership role, preferably within Residential Property Management; experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, or construction*Education:* High School diploma or GED; Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT) preferred*Type: *Full-time; Contract*Schedule:* Monday Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.*HH Staffing* is seeking a *Maintenance Supervisor *to join a growing and dynamic team!*Job Description: ** Provide daily preventative maintenance to ensure the most economical, proper and safe condition of the property* Inspect the property and all common areas to detect maintenance problems that require attention* Coordinate and complete maintenance requests within 24 hours* Inspect all apartments semi-annually* Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergency service* Respond to after-hours requests for lockout service* Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in* Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations* Provide all small hand tools necessary to perform routine maintenance (when applicable)* Ensure timely completion of all duties by maintenance staff personnel*Position Requirements: ** Perform inventory management; monitor and maintain ticketing system* Strong customer Service skills* Must have experience in the apartment industry or excellent handyman skills* Valid Driver's License required with a good driving record and current motor vehicle insurance* Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English* May be required to provide and maintain own tools* Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, property management-related software, email, internet)*HH Staffing* does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.*HH Staffing* is part of *Array Corporation,* the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream._We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
