By creating an open, next-generation fintech platform, FIS expands its solution offerings that can be embedded in any application that supports our clients' financial services processes - from payments to banking to wealth to capital markets--About the Sales Operations TeamThe Sales Operations team enables the end-to-end sales experience for all prospects across the Platforms and Enterprise products line of business. We build and manage the tools and sales process used by the sales teams associated with each product line. We sit at the center of our commercial and functional teams to build the deal approval process and reduce the time to revenue for our products and services.The team operates on an agile methodology to optimize the sales process, rapidly enabling enhancements, and then reporting out on sales performance to both executives and sales leaders. The interconnectivity of sales performance management with our underlying systems and processes allows the team to continuously adjust to changing commercial needs.As we start this journey to grow the Platforms and Enterprise Products line of business, the team is responsible for building the capabilities meant to bring our commercial teams together onto a single unified set of processes and tools and set the strategy for future sales motions.What You Will Be Doing:You will be using your leadership and analysis skills as an individual contributor working on challenging assignments related to sales execution from campaign to commission. We are looking for the capability and drive to independently manage day-to-day production requirements, analyze complicated problems and implement detailed solutions for them through collaboration with a wide-range of cross-functional groups across the organization. Specially you may be responsible for:

  • Perform budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations, focused on deal valuation, pipeline health and sales compensation.
  • Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems to effectively monitor and manage sales opportunity data.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and representatives to ensure accurate accounting of sales performance and compensation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts for all aspects of sales execution from campaign to commissions with implementation of required tools and processes to enable improved efficiencies and sales performance.What You Bring:
    • Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options to arrive at preferred solution.
    • Ability to integrate various data streams into a unified view and provide detailed assessments with recommendations for subsequent action
    • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organizations and agencies
    • Experience in implementation of work streams to deliver commercial solutions

The pay range for this full-time position is $97,870.00 - $164,410.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
