*Position: *Corporate Payroll Specialist*Location: *Sarasota, FL (must be willing to work on-site!)*Pay: *$24 to $25 per hour*Experience: ** REQUIRED: 2+ years of payroll experience in a medium-large organization (800-1000 employees)* PREFERRED: Payroll experience in multi-unit / multi-state restaurants or retail*Education: *High school diploma or equivalent (Related degree preferred)*Type: *Full-time; This is a temporary opportunity being offered that would last 4-6 weeks with the potential to become permanent for the right individual.*Schedule: *Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM*HH Staffing *is seeking a *Corporate Payroll Specialist* to join a growing and dynamic team in Sarasota, FL!The Payroll Specialist supports accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, assisting the Payroll Supervisor with people analytics. This role requires a basic understanding of payroll systems to uphold the Companys business and HR responsibilities.This role reports to the Payroll Supervisor and supports the payroll team, without supervisory responsibilities.*Job Description:** Assist in preparing biweekly payroll and process employee payroll changes.* Update payroll records, aiding in timely processing.* Respond to inquiries in the payroll inbox promptly and professionally.* Run audit reports for field data and liaise with managers for corrections* Manage pay cards for all company restaurants* Send garnishment orders to third-party vendors* Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization* Investigate and process manual check requests* Coordinate field questions on daily tip-out procedures* Manage PTO requests and balances* Answer basic payroll questions and complete payroll-related forms* Recommend improvements to payroll procedures* Assist with year-end reporting, W-2 processing, and pay summaries* Support special payroll projects and audits*Position Requirements:** Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday)* Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, garnishments, and tax withholding* Strong MS 365 skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and web-based applications* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism* Customer service orientation* Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines*HH Staffing *does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.*HH Staffing* is part of *Array Corporation*, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream._We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
