If you want to make an impact in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?About the role:As a Financial Analyst, you'll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Working with a diverse team, you'll be responsible develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.What you will be doing: - Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
- Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets.
- Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.
- Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
- Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses and evaluation of any discrepancies.What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree is required, Finance or Accounting highly preferred
- 5-7 years of collective experience with a minimum of 1 year in Senior role
- Previous experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are metAdded bonus if you have:
