Director of Non-Traditional Franchise Development

Location: East Coast - Remote

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 plus bonus

To help maintain this ethos they are looking for an experienced Director of Non-Traditional Franchise Development to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create strategies to assist with the growth of non-traditional development opportunities
• Use leads generated from networks and other channels
• Establish and maintain strong relationships
• Attend and participate in events as required
• Negotiate terms and review contracts with franchisees
• Comply with policies and procedures
• Report and provide updates on the non-traditional development activities
• Abide by all state, federal, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales & disclosure information Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Hospitality/catering/QSR industry experience is preferred
  • Flexibility to travel around the US
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and software systems
  • Ability to review financial records and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Qualifications in the relevant field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
