Position Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to the President and Chief Clinical Officer who will provide considerable supervision and direction.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
File and process licenses and applications as necessary for new clinic locations.
NDA Tracker- Keep track of all signed NDA's with third parties.
Order and maintain supplies for the equipment, department, and staff.
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments, and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Communicate with clients and members of other departments.
Organize documents and files.
Run errands as necessary.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

3-5+ years of administrative assistant experience or equivalent professional experience


Proficient with Excel
Solid knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact effectively with clients, administration, and staff.
Requires the ability to communicate with clients as well as target groups of diverse individuals.
Customer service oriented


Preferred Requirements:


Experience working as an Executive Assistant to multiple Executives.
Working directly with the President and Chief Clinical Officer
