This is NOT a remote positionStarting pay rate is $15.00 per hourSchedule: 12:30pm to approximately 9:30pm (or later - dependent on business needs)Training Schedule: first 3 weeks (paid training) will be from 9am-approximately 5pm (dependent on business needs)Job Summary: ProCare is the largest privately held Worker's Compensation transportation and language services provider. Our Customer Service team assists our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation to medical appointments, pharmacy stops, etc... and, also provide language support in over 200 languages through both our bi-lingual Customer Service center and through contract interpreters.The Customer Service Coordinator is a ProCare entry level position, needing at least 1-3 years of customer service experience to be successful.
