  • You will be responsible for directing all functions in the Maintenance and Grounds Department; oversee all landscaping, physical structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, FFE, -and preventative maintenance of the property.
  • You will meticulously focus on safety, asset protection, and guest satisfaction.
  • You will be directing -the planning, organization, and management for the maintenance department and lead in the adherence of all Bluegreen Vacations SOP's, quality standards, policies, and local governmental regulations. -
    WHAT YOU BRING:
    • 4-year college degree and/or comparable industry experience and/or Technical Trade School education
    • 8+ years experience in Maintenance or related field
    • 6+ years in a leadership capacity, preferably in hospitality -
    • CPO, OSHA 30, EPA Universal strong preferred
    • HOTSOS experience strongly preferred -
    • Possess strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills -
