We are currently looking for experienced, bi-lingual consumer loan collectors who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Skills and Responsibilities of the successful candidate:--- Advanced written and verbal communication skills required. -The position may require communication with customers via phone, email, text and chat.--- Expert negotiation skills. -Utilize negotiation skills and overcome objections to persuade customers to resolve delinquency on their auto loan.--- Utilize and master multiple software solutions for loan management, payment processing, skip tracing and more.--- Be a SAFCO Credit Builder! -Educate customers on the benefits of building credit while utilizing tools and programs to help customers achieve their credit goals.--- Identify, resolve, and report problems to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.--- Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while assisting the customer and creating account documentation.--- Perform light skip tracing on delinquent accounts.--- Perform other duties as required.
