This multifaceted role demands self-drive, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities include reporting, account reconciliation, supply procurement, and HR assistance. Key Responsibilities - Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guest, answering phone calls, and directing visitors.
- Distribute Company mail and Company announcements through different communication channels.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and external clients.
- Process accounts reconciliation and vendor payments as well as sales tax calculations
- Review and reconciling daily invoices.
- Order and manage equipment, office supplies and safety equipment.
- Coordinate Facility meetings and prepare other necessary accommodations for internal and external clients.
- Assist with Corporate, Regional, and Facility programs.
- Assist with HR duties, processing paperwork, helping with new employee onboarding, and ordering uniforms.
- Assist Supervisors and Managers with employee timekeeping records.
- Assist and organize community outreach events.
- Ensure that the records are organized and prepared for offsite storage.
- Spot check of the cleanliness of the administrative offices and coordinate with the contractor to assure they are maintained.
- Assist Managers and Talent Acquisition with scheduling interviews with external candidates.
- Assist with employee, charity and marketing events.
- Assign uniform lockers and work with the uniform vendor and employees to assure employee uniform needs are being met.
- Monitor copying machines and keep a necessary inventory to allow staff to utilize and work with vendor for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Provide support to Supervisor, Managers and Facility Manager with any other Administrative requirements as necessary. Qualifications:
- GED/HS Diploma
- Advanced knowledge level in MS Excel and OutlookPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.Shift:Monday through Friday dayshift with an occasional SaturdayWhat Covanta Offers You:
