Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in the Orlando area in their search for a bilingual HR Generalist/BP - must be fluent in English and Spanish. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity; Some In-Office work is expected. Only candidates who live in the Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa areas of Florida, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.Responsibilities:

• Serve as an advocate for company employees
• Manage new hire onboarding on orientation
• Update employee information in system
• Maintain the employee handbook
• Implement strategic HR plans with leadership
• Manage recruiting efforts for targeted regionsRequirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English + Spanish)
  • Working in-office full-time is required
  • At least 3 years of HR experience is preferred
  • Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
