Position: Director of Business Operations Job Overview- - -Bruno's Glass is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inside Director to oversee our internal operations. This role is critical for complementing the work of our Outside Director of Field Operations, ensuring seamless project management, from initial client contact to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organizational efficiency, financial acumen, and a strong focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Estimation and Procurement: Accurately estimate project costs and oversee the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting, ensuring the financial health of the company.
- Client Communication and Support: Serve as the primary internal contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding project status, billing, and any other inquiries.
- Collaboration with Field Operations: Work closely with the Outside Director of Field Operations to align on project specifications, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Vendor and Supplier Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality supplies.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee quality control processes for materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: - Operational and Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in operational management, procurement, bookkeeping, and financial oversight.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, project costs, and operational metrics.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in coordinating with Field Operations.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with industry-specific software for project management, CRM, and financial tracking.
- Education and Experience: Experience in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience in a similar role is essential.
