GDC is a full-service law firm with multiple offices in Florida seeking an energetic and detail-oriented community association Associate or Partner Level Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years' experience representing condominium and homeowners' associations.

Starting Salary: $80,000 commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
--- Drafting and interpretation of governing documents
--- Attendance at Board and membership meetings
--- Review and revision of vendor contracts
--- Enforcement of covenants
--- Advisement in other aspects of community governance
--- The ideal candidate will understand the litigation process in order to effectively work with the handling litigators and manage other claims involving the association.

Qualifications:
--- Possess the ability to draft legal documents with minimal instruction
--- Ability to prioritize and multitask
--- Personable and possesses excellent written, proofreading, and organizational skills
--- ---Strong communication skills to interact with clients and opposing counsel
--- Deadline and detail oriented
--- Florida Bar License required
