The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial guidance to leadership in optimizing the mix of productivity, efficiency and cost within a world class, highly automated 24 x 7 production operation. The team member will collaborate with Operations partners to ensure compliance and appropriate diligence across manufacturing platforms and processes. Additionally, the candidate will also provide full business partner support to key related functions including all planning and financial close cycle activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial evaluation of production modeling including validation of inputs and assumptions.
• Proactively partner with functional and project leads to ensure alignment of financial targets and identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Educate non-financial business partners on financial issues and concepts.
• Perform month end close activities and BVA reporting; including in-depth variance analysis to understand cost drivers and aid business partners in achieving financial commitments.
