As a Licensed Clinician at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to provide therapeutic services to program participants. These functions include: Providing therapeutic interventions in individual and/or group settings to participantsCreating, updating and monitoring progress on participant treatment plansCompleting program specific assessmentsDocumenting client treatment details in the Electronic Health RecordProviding ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues or needs of participants or of the program in generalAssisting the program team as directed with the operation of the programProviding appropriate discharge planning and referralAssisting with Baker Act determinations and documentation, when necessaryMaintaining licensure by staying up-to-date with all renewal requirementsMaintaining compliance by completing necessary and ongoing training and engaging in all staff meetings as directedOther duties as assigned Qualifications Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the state of Florida (491 Board)2 years of experience working with target population preferredPass a Level II Background clearance All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: We are committed to providing our employees with the support they need.
