Responsibilities

Director Education and Clinical Practice - 528 - - - 66 - - - 6030 - -Under the direction of the MMH CNO, the Director of Education develops and implements all training and educational offerings to employees and community to include but not limited to Manatee Memorial Hospital. - - Assures the quality of employee training for service line development and growth. Considers personnel management, resource allocation and management controls across the system to promote and ensure consistent training to improve the high quality of patient care provided. - Collaborates with Leadership in setting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and practice. - Participates on assigned hospital and medical committees and promotes collaborative relationships among departments, facilities, the medical staff and other departments. Builds, promotes and encourages a system approach to learning and education. - Balances the educational needs of the clinical and non-clinical areas. - - Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications
