Job Type: Full-time, Agent Agreement
Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
Applicants should be hungry, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their real estate career and are willing to work Full-Time hours to accomplish their goals.

Responsibilities:
--- Intake of new leads/opportunities during "lead shifts". Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget. Work to secure an initial meeting
--- Use our state-of-the-art CRM tool that utilizes artificial intelligence to help you stay on top of prospects and follow up in a timely order to increase the conversion ratio above industry standards
--- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
--- Show homes to prospective buyers
--- Prepare CMA's
--- Prepare purchase agreements, work with lenders to secure financing for clients, negotiate property sales between buyer and seller, attend inspections, and attend closings with homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
--- Continually attend sales meetings and training as we help you grow and achieve the success you want
--- Utilize our transaction coordinators to assist you in closing more deals

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Candidate should have a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree is preferred
--- Florida Real Estate License and in good standing with the Board and the DBPR
--- Must currently reside in the Volusia County Market to be considered
--- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
--- Must have reliable transportation
--- Must be able to work in a full-time capacity
--- Must be tech-savvy
