The SUD Programs Director oversees all SUD programs at the facility. S UBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM DIRECTOR (LCSW, LPC, LCDP) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other similar degree that leads to a clinical license. * Must hold a Delaware clinical license - i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDP or equivalent. * Certification in chemical dependency (i.e., Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor - CADC, CAADC) or certified co-occurring disorder professional (CCDP) * Must demonstrate a minimum of five years' experience leading a substance use disorder treatment program. This experience must include administrative duties and direct responsibility for oversight of the program. * Preference for a candidate with at least two years' experience working in a Therapeutic Community (TC) environment. * Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
