Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Millsboro, DE at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new community. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Delaware Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required or must obtain prior to start. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. This includes experience with geriatric populations, functional mobility training, transfers, fall prevention, and ADL-focused therapy. Documentation experience with electronic medical records required. Specify experience with facility EMR systems preferred. Ability to manage caseload independently, including evaluation, plan of care development, and discharge planning. Valid professional liability insurance as required by facility policy or ability to obtain prior to start. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
