Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Delaware SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience managing dysphagia evaluations and treatment, including instrumental assessments (e.g., FEES or MBS) preferred. Documentation and electronic medical record experience required. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and deliver individualized care. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift name: Days.
