Job Description Job Description General Accountabilities - Uses various computer applications, such as database management software, Office 365, Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint. - Manages scheduling of all client activities for residential and commercial accounts. - Utilizes & monitors company phone/email system to communicate with customers and clients. - Builds services and ensures Client/Customer pages possess current information. - Sharing and inputting Client/Customer information across all platforms (phones, email). - Available for technicians during service times to manage service modifications or mitigate conflicts. - Organizes services and service routes for optimum effectiveness and efficiency. - Reconciliation of client accounts to cash sales on an as needed basis. - Various invoicing and organization of in office documents. - Performs other tasks related to service functions at the direction of the supervisor.
