The Staff Educator will provide ongoing education on a regular basis to align with the needs of the facility. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor ongoing staff educational needs and access external resources, programs or workshops for continuing education of staff. Collaborate with staff to obtain required licensure CEU education in accordance with state licensure/certification requirements. Develop, evaluate & control the quality of educational programs in accordance with clinical best practices. Assign mandatory training for all staff in Relias and track compliance on a monthly and annual basis. Oversee the general orientation for all new employees. Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state. Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a skilled nursing center preferred.
