Volt is currently hiring for a Backup Scheduling Coordinator in Wilmington Delaware.
As a backup scheduler, you will lead and optimize all service delivery operations for the service teams. Responsible for meeting customer response times, providing quality customer service, and ensuring all resources are properly setup for customer and onsite services. You will define all scheduling plans for installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance needs.
Select the most cost-efficient field service engineer. Confirm all service plans for customers and field service engineers.
Document creation for support organizations or external customers, call management, office automation assistant, remote team support.


May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.

62 per hour, 9am to 6pm Monday-Friday
