Extensive commodity experience

Strong strategic sourcing skills with global sourcing experience.

You are data savvy with strong proficiency in: Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

Position has no direct reports

Must be willing to travel 25-50%.
Responsibilities:

Expand supplier base beyond China/ Taiwan - such as North America, India, Vietnam, Mexico, Eastern Europe, etc.,
Lead projects involving new product engineers, demand planners, and others in procurement.
- Work closely with Product Development and Engineers in managing electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components - from RFQ - to award -to prototype- through serial production.
- Lead strategic sourcing, vendor development, pricing, and term negotiations.
