You will be guiding software engineering teams that are responsible for the design and delivery of high quality software for critical business features, built on AWS to the latest technology standards. - You will collaborate with Architecture, Card Product, Card Technology and Enterprise stakeholders to drive this critical project forward. You will provide Technology thought leadership and help raise the talent bar by recruiting and hiring top engineering talent. You will also work with product owners to articulate benefits of proposed solutions; influence the technical roadmap; and help business prioritize work. If this sounds exciting, this role could be for you! -In this role, you will help drive technology strategy and adoption. You will help define and drive towards an end state that is based on simplicity and the adoption of digital technologies, cloud hosting, and open source software. In essence, you will work with stakeholders to make major Technology Investment decisions. -What you will need to bring for this position: - Experience building and leading a large team in the development and rapid delivery of platform capabilities
- Experience in delivery of software that has many human operational touch points -
- Strong data skills to be able to lead through system of record conversations as well as the timing of data

- Lead a large technical team. Be a "leader of leaders"
- Set and own goals, OKRs. Able to work backwards from a vision and build a delivery plan.
- Lead the definition of new capabilities, guiding the technical architecture and needs to deliver functions spanning people, process and technology
- Partner with Business Leaders to shape and prioritize initiatives
- Manage the expectations of a diverse stakeholder group as it relates to progress towards delivery
- Strong technologist. Able and willing to roll up the sleeves and dive deep into technology. Able to represent the architecture, identify issues, ask the right questions. -Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9 years' experience in software development
- At least 7 years experience of people management experience
- At least 2 - years' experience with public cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) -Preferred Qualifications:
