The Project Manager- Business Analyst works directly with our customers to assist them throughout the transition from their legacy software application to our innovative cloud-based receivables management solution--ACE.   • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager (small, medium, and large projects) with a Business Analyst background supporting software solutions.
  • Four-year degree in an applicable field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Successful communication of business and technical concepts to customers and team members with a wide range of technical aptitude.
  • Ability to be a self-starter; demonstrated organization, punctuality and initiative.
  • Above average skills in technical writing, time management and problem solving.
  • Past experience using strong analytical and investigation skills with the ability to understand processes.
  • General knowledge of: Web Conferencing (Zoom), Business Applications: (MS Office, Google Suite, Project Management Applications), File Sharing (Google Drive, MS OneDrive), Software as a service (SaaS), Telephony.
