It requires a consultative approach to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions, demonstrate and prototype platform capabilities, and identify requirements for innovative application prototypes. The Senior ServiceNow Solutions Engineer will also support the technical salesforce and advise prospective customers during pre-sales discussions.Responsibilities - Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation with our customers.
- Consult with customers and prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and evangelize the business value of the ServiceNow platform.
- Architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate the ServiceNow platform live to customers and prospects, highlighting features and functionality.
- Conduct business process and technical workshops, including enablement sessions.
- Engage with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader.
- Translate business challenges into requirements and deliverables through interaction with customers, sales, and delivery teams.
- Develop documentation, pricing, and statements of work for customers.
- Learn about other technologies that may integrate with ServiceNow to produce holistic outcomes.
- Maintain and obtain pre-sales ServiceNow certifications for various product lines.Qualifications
