You'll partner closely with our federal clients to analyze system requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure secure and seamless cloud integration. Your role will also include leading migrations, ensuring the hybrid infrastructure performs efficiently, and maintaining compliance with security and governance frameworks Responsibilities - Architect and Design Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions: Lead the design of secure, scalable infrastructure that spans both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI platforms.
- Advise Senior Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, including CIOs and IT directors, on cloud adoption, system performance, and infrastructure strategies that align with the organization's goals. Offer insights into cost/benefit analysis, migration plans, and long-term cloud integration strategies.
- Lead Cloud Migrations: Oversee the migration of on-premises systems and applications to cloud environments, ensuring minimal disruption, optimal resource allocation, and enhanced performance across hybrid infrastructures.
- Develop and Implement Cloud Security Best Practices: Ensure all cloud and on-premises environments adhere to security best practices, government regulations, and industry standards, while integrating robust identity management, data encryption, and network security controls.
- Collaborate on Cloud and Infrastructure Strategies: Work closely with federal clients and internal teams to analyze system requirements, provide architecture recommendations, and ensure infrastructure strategies support business needs and compliance requirements.
- Monitor, Troubleshoot, and Optimize Performance: Continuously assess the performance of cloud and on-premises systems, optimizing hybrid environments for scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Lead functional testing to ensure seamless operability and integration of new solutions.
- Ensure Compliance with Policies and Standards: Interpret and apply relevant government policies, regulations, and IT standards to all infrastructure-related projects, ensuring full compliance and alignment with agency guidelines and federal laws.
