As one of the world's leading law firms, we seek dynamic individuals who share our commitment to service, innovation, and professional growth.We have an opening for a Manager, Billing Compliance.The Manager, Billing Compliance is responsible for managing all firmwide billing compliance functions and staff.Responsibilities: - Manage billing compliance staffing, training and performance of all billing personnel firm-wide;
- Ensure all bills firm-wide are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with the Client Billing Guidelines and the Firm's internal procedures;
- Secure communications with billing attorneys and CSS's regarding adherence to clients' requirements;
- Respond to all billing requests from billing attorneys, CSS's, clients, and other internal teams; Provide all billing reports requested;
- Review current processes and suggest better methods or systems to improve firm revenue;
- Work beyond scheduled hours as required, in particular at month end and year end; and
- Handle additional related projects as necessary.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (preferred);
- At least 5 years of financial systems experience (required);
- At least 7 years of general accounting experience (required);
- At least 7 years of legal billing experience (preferred); and
- Management experience, with a team, in a law firm or large organization (preferred).Employees will be provided with an excellent career opportunity in a collaborative environment, in addition to a generous total compensation package with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on individual contribution and firm profitability.The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $123,000 and a maximum of $160,000 annually.
