Perform medication reconciliation when needed as a part of the care plan.

Learn how current guidelines are used in a collaborative practice
Learn how pharmacists make treatment decisions in a collaborative practice setting
Learn how data analysis is used to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical interventions
Learn how a healthcare software system is developed
Independently complete projects under the direction of pharmacists
Support the operation of the clinical pharmacy team
Complete research-based projects as assigned
Participate in the software development process
Identify areas of improvement and communicate these clearly and effectively
Follows all applicable regulations with respect to handling and using patient health information
