You'll track cybersecurity tool usage and make recommendations about future tool investments. You will use techniques from quality management to learn from prior development activities and aim to increase the team's efficiency and effectiveness of IT services and processes. You'll provide strategic recommendations to design, deliver, manage, and improve the way the team and client enterprise uses IT and cyber tools. You'll develop, implement, and assess specific new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services. You'll apply your experience with instructional design with instructional technology as a corporate and company trainer. You'll lead the development of training and plan lessons and curriculums. You'll use your experience working collaboratively with technology development teams in a DevOps environment employing Agile Development techniques. You'll provide strong leadership and management skills to users of Agile tools such as Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
