MEDICAL SURGICAL & TELEMETRY -- REGISTERED NURSE3x12 hours per week - 6 month temporary assignmentDays/Nights or Nights only$70.00/hr + $4 to $8 Shift DiffJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Med Surg RN to join our dynamic healthcare team in an acute are hospital setting. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible to care for patients with acute, chronic or traumatic illnesses. RNs will learn a vast knowledge of disease states and body systems. Working on a Med/Surg unit, RNs can increase their clinical decision making, assessment skills which will prepare them for career advancement opportunities in other areas of nursing, such as critical care or emergency nursing.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
- BSN OR enrollment in BSN program to be completed in 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
