Contractor Program Security Officer, SeniorKey Role:Manage classified government contract programs and oversight of the day-to-day operations of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). Provide support in clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security for controlled areas associated with special access programs. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate all security education programs. Act as a primary liaison with upper management and outside agencies. Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation, program security access briefings, and other duties, as required.Basic Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) or security specialist administering security programsExperience with SCI or SAP programs, JPAS, and eQIPKnowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD and COMSEC security requirementsKnowledge of the government classified contract processTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Create Your Career:Grow With UsYour growth matters to usthats why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
