Division Program and Project Manager Strategically directs and implements near and long-term projects that enhance manufacturing systems and lowers operations costs. Those strategies include maximizing profitable growth, providing impeccable customer service, developing a technically qualified work force and promotion of superior products and services through continuous improvements initiatives while minimizing risks of doing business. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: __ Has Direct Reports __X__ Does Not Have Direct Reports Will work with all levels of management within the Division and Group to assure goals are met timely and with responsive customer service. Reports to the Division General Manager. Functions and Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in developing and achieving results in special projects that are in harmony with Division strategic plans and Bachelor of Science or Arts in business administration or related field. - Develop and implement productivity and quality enhancements of operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that meet Division objectives.
- Monitor capacity model for all areas of manufacturing and provide strategic feedback to operations manager on capacity issues.
