Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The Role The Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of projects involving the construction of OSP facilities, building, road moves, etc. Will create engineering of individual projects for relocations or new installation of fiber network working within fiscal guidelines for funding requests. Oversees the construction process from conceptualization to completion including the oversight of contactors, various trade workers and project managers while staying within budget and delivering projects on timelines. Effectively monitors and manages engineering and construction quality and completion of work and resolves issues. Accurately reports on the progress of a project and updates databases as applicable, e.g. CDFS, Road moves, Maintenance, Damage Claim projects and Business as Usual. The Main Responsibilities * End to end project management for various projects involving the relocation, maintenance, repair, and construction of ISP and OSP facilities.* Oversee the construction process from concept to completion and ensure that the projects meet the quality, budget, and timelines for delivery.* Build relationships, manage, and supervise engineering vendors, construction contractors, various trade workers, and project managers.* Effective workload balancing among resources to maintain schedules.* Effectively manage the quality and completion of work by all vendors through inspecting, identifying, and correcting any issues.* Field interface for engineering or construction.* Report on the progress of all projects and update key stakeholders and applicable systems.* Creating MOPs for all maintenance activities on the fiber network.What We Look For in a Candidate Required |
