Position: ERP Business Lead Schneider Electric Overview:Role Overview:The Business Lead is a pivotal full-time role, serving as a key resource for company leadership to drive project goals and outcomes effectively. Reporting directly to the SSA Entity Leader, the Business Lead role is a high-priority position critical for the success of the project. It requires an individual capable of developing project goals and ensuring the delivery of program outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall project owner with primary accountability for successful delivery of the project.
  • Advocate Program and Product vision; drive stakeholder alignment
  • Communicate status, remove barriers for the team, escalate issues when required
  • Align Program goals and objectives with strategic direction and business requirements of future state SE Federal Business.
  • Ownership of business case (value side), roadmap, and Data Governance model
  • Facilitate and coordinate Product Managers and Product Owners to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Manage overall program from a business perspective, including dependencies, resources, and risks.
  • Provide direction and vision for change enablement efforts. Key Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of current business processes and organization, coupled with familiarity with technology trends and imperatives
    • Strong leadership abilities with effective team management skills
    • Ability to weigh complex options and articulate decision criteria
    • Proficiency in running decision-making sessions with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes
    • Foresight to identify impediments, issues, and risks for timely resolution
