inspect and test a variety of equipment and materials; and recognize and report errors, inconsistencies, and other deficiencies in technical data.--- Experience/Knowledge of electrical engineering including radio frequency engineering and microwave engineering.--- Experience applying standardized, analytical and evaluative methods and techniques sufficient to advise on or resolve difficult but well precedent, factual, procedural, or recurring issues.--- Experience in applying technical methods and practices within the area of specialization sufficient to select the most efficient methods and procedures;
