You will manage a team of senior policy executives, conduct regular check-ins with direct reports, manage external consultants, and facilitate effective interaction with senior stakeholders. You will also play a leading role in participating and managing trade association work groups to represent the company's interests.Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelors degree required
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in public policy, public affairs, government affairs, market access, access strategy, or issues management or relevant work experiences
- Experience juggling multiple deadlines and priorities on intricate, critical issues
- Understanding of and experience working with or adjacent to the pharma sector
- Expertise in distilling sophisticated policy concepts into plain language
- Skilled at managing cross-functional partner relations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on both strategy and execution
- Deep understanding of the federal/state legislative and regulations process
- Steadfast desire to understand the data that drives policy and commercial business decisions
